In the heart of Tanzania, Koko Sadera works alongside more than 100 Maasai women who bead intricate jewelry, accessories, and homewares, each piece carrying the spirit of their heritage.
For generations, the Maasai have lived as pastoralists, tending cattle on open land. But as the climate shifts and grazing areas shrink, many families must find new ways to sustain themselves.
Every beaded creation provides fair, reliable income, helping each artisan support an average of five family members. In a world that often favors mass production over tradition, Koko Sadera is committed to preserving this time-honored craft and inspiring the next generation to keep it alive.
